Cracovia Workshop Violins
Cracovia workshop violins are handmade in
Cracow, Poland under the direction of master luthier Ryzard Florek.
Each instrument is made using free plate tuning -- its own special
graduation pattern determined by the wood density and the initial
archings of each model. This ensures that each instrument has a
distinct voice and unique appearance not attainable in mass production.
These handsome violins are beautifully antiqued
in a rich brown color on a golden ground. They are set up with premium
rosewood fittings. These versatile instruments have a sound quality
of instruments costing thousands more. We have seen these instruments
relabeled and sold for upwards of $5000.00.
